She has been working as a pastel pet portrait artist since 2005. She works from detailed photographs to produce a true likeness of the pet she´s portraying.

She finds that working in pastels helps her to achieve a realistic rendering of fur and eye detail. In 2008 she won Pet portrait artist of the year, voted for by the readers of 'Dogs Today' magazine.

She has completed work for overseas clients as well as her main customer base here in the UK.

She was recently commissioned to do a portrait for Lady Cholmondeley, of her beloved dog Lily, and this now hangs in the Library at Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire.
